Villa Serenidad

The Story

At the highest point of La Zagaleta, Villa Serenidad unfolds as a sequence of cantilevered volumes that engage in a dialogue with the landscape without interrupting it. Designed in 2023, the project was conceived as a lookout house: every room frames a distinct view of the valley and, on clear days, the silhouette of the African coastline.

The materials whisper. Hand-polished exposed concrete, continuous limestone flooring from Alicante, and floor-to-ceiling joinery that disappears entirely, dissolving the boundary between the interior and the terraces.

The main floor is organized around a Calacatta marble kitchen with a six-meter island, while the lower level houses a spa, a climate-controlled wine cellar, and a private cinema. The 25-meter infinity pool crowns the south-facing plot.
